Our ductwork systems are manufactured with an automated CNC production line such as Auto Line, Plasma Arc Cutting, Hydraulic Shearer, Auto Seaming, Cornersmatic, Bending machineries and more.
Rectangular Duct
Rectangular ductwork is manufactured from galvanized steel or PIR insulated panel bent into rectangular pieces and are mostly suitable for offices, corporate, and residential buildings due to their space efficiency, quick installation, better support of low-pressure systems, and ease of design and assembly.
Pre-Insulated Duct
Our pre-insulated ductwork is airtight, in which it improves system efficiency and prevents any leak due to the tight connection between joints. Our PI duct reduces noise pollution, reduces duct vibration, and both sides are covered with an aluminium layer to enforce its durability and quality.
Round Duct
Round duct is also manufactured from galvanized steel and is well known for its increased airflow, low noise pollution, and quick installation. Round ducts are mostly used in open ceiling spaces such as restaurants, outlets, and malls as it gives an elegant appearance and adds a beautiful touch to the entire interior design. Round duct is also used in industrial corporations such as carpentry workshops, and automobile garages.
Duct Accessories
Air Towers produces and supplies several types of ductwork accessories which includes volume control damper (VCD), non-return damper, gravity louver, sand trap, access panel, pre-insulated and galvanized steel duct corners, and different types of grilles which can also be customized.
